Prioritizing Mental Health as an Entrepreneur and Mom

Mental health has been a recent focus, especially since the pandemic. Becoming and entrepreneur and juggling the challenges of motherhood can make it tough to prioritize your mental health. But, I hope that this last episode of 2022 episode and Season 1 of The Good Enough Mompreneur Podcast on mental health will help you realize how important it is to make it a priority and some steps today more equilibrium. , I talk about my journey  as a CPTSD survivor, as well as:

Your trauma can be your superpower. It gives you a unique perspective – and usually a more intuitive perspective on the world than others.  You may feel and understand things on a deeper level and that is a gift.  See the light in your dark experiences and the ability to positively impact others by becoming a survivor.
