Why Reiki?

Over time, I’ve seen firsthand how addressing “invisible” energy blocks can create a real difference. Often, when we’re putting in all the work in the “material world” without results, the real obstacle is on an energetic level.

And yes, I know it might sound a little “out there”—but consider this:

Sessions are designed to be relaxing and restorative. You’ll lie down comfortably, and I’ll work with your body’s energy. All sessions are virtual, so you can enjoy the benefits from your own space. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation.

Many clients feel a shift after just one session, with greater calm, clarity, and renewed energy. For deeper and lasting benefits, a series of sessions is ideal.

Yes, Reiki is a completely safe, non-invasive method that harmonizes with other wellness practices, supporting your overall well-being.

Absolutely. Reiki is especially beneficial for mompreneurs who balance business and family. It helps release stress, promotes relaxation, and supports clarity.

No special preparation is needed. Simply come with an open mind and wear comfortable clothing. If you like, you can set an intention, and I’ll guide you through the rest.

Currently, all sessions are virtual. Since energy is non-local, Reiki can be just as effective remotely as in person. We’ll set up the session just as we would in person.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Even if you don’t feel physical sensations, the energy is still working on a subtle level for up to 24 hours after your session.

This varies. Some clients find a single session helpful, while others benefit from ongoing sessions to address deeper goals. I’m happy to design a personalized plan.
