Mental health has been a recent focus, especially since the pandemic. Becoming and entrepreneur and juggling the challenges of motherhood can make it tough to prioritize your mental health. Your trauma can be your superpower. It gives you a unique perspective – and usually a more intuitive perspective on the world than others.
